*WEEKDAY/CORPORATE/ SMALL EVENTS (hourly rentals):
$400.00 weekdays ( Monday through Thursday only)
 $200.00 deposit due at time of signing contract.

We offer hourly rentals for small events Monday through Thursday during the day or evening at $400.00 for a four (4) hour rental. These rentals include the use of the facility, tables and chairs for up to 150 people, and use of the full kitchen.  Hourly rental time begins when you arrive at the barn to set up/decorate. Additional time, cleanup, and tablecloths can be added for an additional cost.

The Coffey Barn's full day wedding rentals have the use of the property all day from 9:00 am until 11:00 pm.  We include your choice of outdoor area for a ceremony, indoor use of the barn for a ceremony and/or reception, two dressing areas for the wedding party, full kitchen, round tables and white chairs for 150 people, and use of the decorations we have available from our Something Borrowed room.  

*SATURDAY FULL DAY WEDDING WITH HALF DAY FRIDAY:
$3,000.00
 $750.00 deposit due at time of signing contract

The Coffey Barn's Saturday rentals are a day and a half rental, which include all day Saturday,  and half day on the Friday prior.  You have access to the property from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm on   the half day, this time can be used for a rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and decorating. The day of the event you have access all day from 9:00 am until 11:00 pm.   We include the use of your choice of outdoor area for a ceremony, indoor use of the barn for a ceremony and/or reception, two dressing areas for the wedding party, full kitchen, round tables and white chairs for 150 people, and use of the decorations we have available from our Something Borrowed room.  

Day and a half rentals can be booked on weekdays at the same rate.
